We could not fit the sample at all

We understand your frustration, but we feel the need to defend for ourselves because we believe we have done our best to serve you.
The two size charts and samples we sent were approved by your team before shipping. We also explained that we couldn’t find a model to try on due to different human species, but you chose to ignore the fact then put the blame on us. We even remade the sample for you free of charge, a service we don’t usually offer to other customers.
Please note that all of our custom samples are ONE-OFFs and cannot be sold or reproduced. They require a great deal of time, labor and materials. It is unfair and uncommon in our industry for you to damage samples and then asked us to afford all losses. We have worked with many partners over the past 10 years and understand that a good business relationship should be beneficial to both parties. If you continue to hold your ground, we hope your persistence will be enough to propel your business forward.
